Remove old Exchange Server from EMC

Sử dụng ADSIEdit.msc (có sẵn với 2K8R2)

Thực hiện:
-Open Start, Run, type ADSIEdit.msc
-Expand CN=Configuration
-Expand CN=services
-Expand CN=Microsoft Exchange
-Expand CN=
-Expand CN=Administrative Groups
-Expand CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)
-Expand CN=Servers
Để hiển thị Configuration, trong connection settings chọn như hình sau:

Nếu sau khi remove trong EMC -> Organization Configuration -> Mailbox trong tab Database Management không hiển thị database và báo lỗi "You must provide a value for this property....". Nguyên nhân là do trong CN=Database vẫn còn các record của DB cũ. Xử lý như sau:

Please run ADSIEDIT.MSC to check whether there is old database still listed in the CN=Databases container, if yes, please delete it .
CN=Configuration,DC=domain,DC=com->CN=Services->CN=Microsoft Exchange->CN=organization name->CN=Exchange Administrative Group->CN=Database
