Convert Account or Contact record back to Lead?

For the accounts, if you really want them back as leads, I would use the Export to Excel feature. Then save, the file in csv import and then use the CRM import tool to birng the records in as leads.


To change a lead to an account, user the qualify action on a lead record. You can the create an account and opportunity.
