VMWare vCenter Server didnot start automatically

Mô tả: VMWare vCenter Server service (vpxd) không start mặc dù đã config start automatically (kể cả delayed start). Tuy nhiên manual start thì OK. Event Log không báo lỗi (đã tạo riêng một custom filter cho VMWare vCenter Server service để kiểm tra)
Hiện tượng này xuất hiện sau khi reconfigure VM (thay đổi dung lượng RAM)

Giải pháp:
vCenter phụ thuộc vào MS SQL server service. Kiểm tra services dependency của vpxd. Kiểm tra tại
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vpxd\DependOnService"

Lưu ý:
The name of the service you would enter in the Data dialog box is the exact name of the service as it appears in the registry under the Services key.

Để add service name chính xác, right click vào SQL service rồi chọn copy Copy Key Name. Pass vào value data trong subkey DependOnService của vpxd rồi xóa đường dẫn đi là OK. Ví dụ: service name của MS SQL server là MSSQL$SQLEXP_vCenter
