Plesk deny access from ::1

Error message: "Access for administrator from address '::1' is restricted in accordance with IP Access restriction policy currently applied."

This can happen after you setup IP restriction but forgot to remove IPv6 binding. Add local host (127.0.0.1) to access acceptance list doesn't fix it. Even uncheck using IPv6 in Local Network Connection properties still can't fix it. See pic below:

Before folow these instructions bellow to disable using IPv6

Try this simple fix

Open hosts file, add # before ::1 ->  save -> work for me!
