BlackBerry Desktop 7 Sync error

Description:
+ BlackBerry Desktop Software ver 7.1
+ Outlook 2010

Sync task & memo error:

"ERROR: COLTransbase::MoveFirstSummaryRecord: Unable to move to first or next row."

How to fix it:
+ Make sure you have at least 1 contact in Outlook
+Set Sync off for Categories (Cofigure -> Advanced -> Fields). If it didn't solve your problem, try turn off sync for other fields.

To avoid sync tasks that have been completed, use Filter as below:

Note: If sync error continue occur even you have configured following this guide, try to sync again, it works!
